Catch The PLANE & get INSANE
Let's start with the fact that we came to China Town accidentally.
I found a cheap two-day excursion from New York to Niagara Falls, which, as it turned out, starts with a meeting at New York's China Town.
In order not to spend money on accommodation, we decided to spend the ENTIRE NIGHT in the city that never sleeps, which you can read about in a two-post blog:
However, China Town was not our idea for a sleepless night in New York...
Returning from the trip, we missed the bus, and due to the fact that the adventure had its final stop in China Town, we decided to visit it late in the evening!

This part of New York, most visited by tourists, is the largest concentration of people of Chinese nationality in the entire Western Hemisphere.
Interestingly, the Chinatown is not as big as it might seem, because it occupies only 2 square kilometers of the famous Manhattan.

After this exclusive tea, we decided to eat something and ended up at Wonton Garden, where we were also taught how to hold chopsticks properly! 🥢
Crowded, open kitchen and friendly service - it all add value to a unique experience.
I won't judge the food because I'm not a fan of Chinese cuisine and I don't know much about it... 🤷♀️
Street market
After eating, we returned to the streets of China Town, it was late and we didn't have much left to experience. We walked down the streets with small shops still open and even managed to buy something.
My friend negotiated the price of the sweatshirts for us, which to this day (after 4 years) is one of my favorites! 🧡
