CONDITIONS:
The municipality of Sardinia where we would like to move should have less than 3,000 inhabitants.
Granted money should be used to buy or renovate a house.
Granted money cannot exceed half of the total cost of the house/renovation.
Full-time living in the property is required.
Registration for permanent residence in Sardinia within 18 months of arrival is required.
However, the government warns that transfer of the entire sum of 15,000 euros is not guaranteed.
